Trips run only from Da Nang to Lao Bao, on the Laos border, and back. A visa without transport can be arranged for entry through Vietnamese checkpoints that accept e-Visas. Before paying, check your checkpoint and the requirements for your citizenship. Official e-Visa portal

Do I need a stamp run or a new visa?

It depends on your nationality, passport and plans. A stamp run is for re-entry under an applicable visa exemption. An eVisa is a separate application. If unsure, ask before paying.

What is included and what is separate?

Trips include transport on your chosen route; the visa package also includes visa processing. The official visa fee is already included in the visa or package price. Seat and Multi supplements are added to the total. Border cash and a Laos visa, if required, are separate costs.

When do the four hours start?

After our team checks the payment, form and complete document set, including the exit stamp, and confirms acceptance for processing. Uploading a photo or sending a receipt does not start the clock.

When is a one-business-day visa ready?

Day-based tariffs take 1, 2 or 3 business days after payment and documents have been checked and processing has been accepted. We process Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. A one-business-day visa accepted on Monday is promised ready on Tuesday. Acceptance day is not the readiness day under this tariff. You can apply 24/7.

When must I submit the exit stamp?

For expedited visas, submit the exit stamp before 08:00 or before 13:00 Vietnam time. Later submission for the corresponding processing window is not available. For the 4-hour tariff: stamp before 08:00 — visa by 12:00; stamp before 13:00 — visa by 17:30. The same submission cutoffs apply to the 1-hour and 2-hour tariffs. For example, submission by 08:00 means readiness by 09:00 or 10:00 respectively. Processing is Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Do I need to upload my passport again?

Up-to-date saved passport and portrait images can be reused in future applications. Upload a new document if it has changed. Add the new exit stamp after departure.

Can I book a private vehicle for my group?

You can request a private vehicle. We will confirm the date, passengers, luggage and pickup points with you.
