Applications are accepted 24/7. Our team is available until 20:00 Vietnam time, UTC+7. Later replies are possible when a team member is online. Ask your trip administrator about pickup; use your application’s private chat for visa or payment questions.
What the price includes
The official Vietnam eVisa fee is already included in the displayed visa or package price. It is not charged separately. Paid seat options and Multi are included in the total before you transfer. There are no other mandatory transport charges beyond the displayed price.
When processing time starts
The clock starts when our team has checked the payment, application and all required documents, including the new exit stamp, and confirmed acceptance for processing. Uploading a photo or sending a receipt does not start the clock. A trip group is submitted together after everyone’s documents have been checked.
Exit-stamp submission cutoffs
For expedited visas, submit the exit stamp before 08:00 or before 13:00 Vietnam time. Later submission for the corresponding processing window is not available. For the 4-hour tariff: stamp before 08:00 — visa by 12:00; stamp before 13:00 — visa by 17:30. The same submission cutoffs apply to the 1-hour and 2-hour tariffs. For example, submission by 08:00 means readiness by 09:00 or 10:00 respectively. Processing is Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
One-hour visas and the government system
Receiving a visa under the one-hour tariff does not mean it appears in the government border system at the same moment. easyvisa.asia does not control that system’s update time. Confirm readiness with our team before returning to border control.
Business-day visa processing
Day-based tariffs take 1, 2 or 3 business days after payment and documents have been checked and processing has been accepted. We process Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. A one-business-day visa accepted on Monday is promised ready on Tuesday. Acceptance day is not the readiness day under this tariff. You can apply 24/7.
Visa validity and Single / Multi
Visas are issued for 90 days. Single permits one entry. Multi permits multiple entries within the visa dates; re-entry does not extend validity. The Multi supplement is charged per traveller and shown before payment. Check the details and dates on your issued visa before entering.
Trip cancellation
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure with no easyvisa.asia withholding. For cancellation less than 72 hours before departure, 50% of the entire paid package is withheld, including the car and visa. There is no additional transport withholding or separate free-cancellation period immediately after payment. No refund is due for a no-show. Request cancellation through your application.
Rescheduling or transferring a seat
Reschedule at least 72 hours before departure with no easyvisa.asia withholding, subject to seats on the new date. A later change incurs withholding of 50% of the whole package. If you find a replacement passenger, we can transfer the transport seat without an easyvisa.asia fee: tell us before pickup and provide the new traveller’s details. A personal visa cannot be transferred. Rescheduling does not extend an issued visa’s dates.
How refunds work
We review refund requests within seven days, usually within one day. Once approved, the refund is sent immediately in the original payment currency. Bank, payment-service and transfer fees are paid by the customer. We send transfer confirmation afterwards. If the organiser cancels the trip, 100% of the payment is refunded.
Standalone visa cancellation and refusal
For a visa without transport, cancellation before acceptance for processing has no easyvisa.asia withholding; the customer pays refund fees. Voluntary cancellation after processing starts is not refundable. An official refusal leads to a refund of the visa-processing price, excluding transport. If we cannot provide the visa service due to our fault, we refund its price.
If a visa is delayed
A government-system delay after processing starts does not qualify for a visa-service refund. You may wait at the border or leave; the completed visa will still be delivered in your application. You can return within its validity dates. Entering later does not shift those dates.
Check your details
Check the application against your passport before saving, and check the issued visa before entry. If our team finds an error before submission, we correct it free of charge. Incorrect customer-provided details discovered in an issued visa or at the border do not qualify for a refund. Report an error in your application’s private chat.
