The clock starts when our team has checked the payment, application and all required documents, including the new exit stamp, and confirmed acceptance for processing. Uploading a photo or sending a receipt does not start the clock. A trip group is submitted together after everyone’s documents have been checked. For expedited visas, submit the exit stamp before 08:00 or before 13:00 Vietnam time. Later submission for the corresponding processing window is not available. For the 4-hour tariff: stamp before 08:00 — visa by 12:00; stamp before 13:00 — visa by 17:30. The same submission cutoffs apply to the 1-hour and 2-hour tariffs. For example, submission by 08:00 means readiness by 09:00 or 10:00 respectively. Processing is Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
